As I promised in my last relationship rant, I thought I would give some dating/relationship advice on today’s show.
Many women ask me if there are actual signs that they should look for that will undoubtedly show her that he is cheating. Everyone wants proof! I have put together a pretty generic list of signs that you could look for. If he is doing any of these things he might be cheating on you! But then again, he might not be! My thought is, if you are suspicious and very eager to read this list, you don’t trust him! So your relationship is already doomed! If you don’t trust him, you picked, or settled for the wrong guy and it’s your fault! Or Maybe you are NOT ready for a relationship! You might have trust issues left over from your last relationship (Your ex-cheated on you!) You need to ask yourself. Do you need a boyfriend or a therapist.
He might be cheating Sign #1: He goes to strip clubs! There doesn’t have to be physical touching for there to be cheating. This is emotional cheating and if he is paying girls for attention, if the opportunity for free physical cheating comes up he will jump at the chance. Some people think that it’s OK to look but not touch. But how long can he look at the chocolate cake before he sticks his finger in the frosting for a taste?
He might be cheating Sign #2: He never shows you his cell phone! If you want to find out if he messing around, suggest that you and he trade phones for a week. (If he says no, ask him what he is hiding!)
He might be cheating sign cheating Sign #3: He’s gives you more attention! Most cheaters have a guilty conscious and will pay more attention to you, and pay a lot more money buying you gifts.
He might be cheating Sign #4: He starts changing his looks.
At the beginning of a relationship he will want to look his best. (It’s all part of the dishonesty of the dating/courtship process.) If he is suddenly taking a great interest in his appearance - clothing, (buys a new tight shirt) hairstyle, cologne, and weight . Remember how hard he tried to “look good” to impress you in the beginning of YOUR relationship?
He might be cheating Sign #5: He starts accusing YOU of cheating! He might call you names, and accusing you of being untrustworthy. This is a major blame shift.
He might be cheating Sign #6: He wants to start going “out with the guys” more. He will use an excuse like I just want to hang out with my friends but in reality he is “girl shopping!”
He might be cheating Sign #7: Come ON! Are you still looking at this? What did I say before? If you can’t trust him, this relationship with NEVER work.
He might be cheating Sign #8: He gets distant. He stops talking to you, or he runs off to Barbados with his receptionist. This COULD be a sign!
He may become emotionally and physically withdrawn from you.
He might be cheating Sign #9: Look at him sparkle!
Thanks to the invention of body glitter it’s easy to see if he’s been with another. Pick a color in body glitter and stick with it. If you wear blue and he comes home covered in Pink glitter. He is cheating!
He might be cheating Sign #10: You may catch your guy lying. One lie is one too many.
He might be cheating Sign #11: He gets mad when you ask him!
The biggest sign of a cheating mate is when you ask him directly if he is cheating and he gets very defensive and pissed at you.
He might be cheating Sign #12: Trust your feelings.
Your gut tells you he’s cheating, maybe you are over paranoid. The feeling in your gut might just be hunger pains. Then again maybe you are right he could be cheating! What do you think? Like I said before if you can’t trust him, there is no reason to be with him.
